www.huklenbrok.org - historical website - 2007-2025

Description

Originally launched in 2007, Huklenbrok.org documents the life and work of Belgian painter Henri Huklenbrok, blending art history, genealogy, and industrial heritage into a long-form digital archive. Over the years, the site has supported ongoing research and helped reconnect lost paintings with collectors worldwide — with works resurfacing as far apart as Los Angeles and Dagestan. In 2025, I led a full redesign and content expansion, modernizing the site's structure, improving accessibility, and integrating nearly 20 years of new archival material. The project demonstrates my ability to manage complex, evolving content ecosystems over time — combining research, narrative development, and web design into a cohesive, long-term digital publication.
